1 Customer account
Customers can register a user account to the online store of Neuro Latino Oy in order to purchase dance equipment. Registration is free of charge and does not require the placing of orders. Users who are below the age of 18 require consent from a guardian in order to register an account. Registered Customers have access to a more versatile service and are able to place orders more easily.
– Customer information is completed automatically on forms
– The Customer is able to review their previous orders and track deliveries
– Registered Customers can choose to receive information on new products, events, and other current matters that may interest them in an electronic format a few times per year
The information of registered customers is also used for the delivery and invoicing of placed orders and for product recommendations. During registration, the Customer receives a username and password. The registered Customer must ensure that their username and password does not fall into the hands of third parties. The Customer shall be responsible for any orders placed with their username. If the Customer forgets their password, they can generate a new password by clicking the “Lost your password?” link in the online store and submitting their email address to the password service. With other issues concerning usernames and passwords, we advise you to contact our customer service at toimisto@neurolatino.fi. Cookies are occasionally transferred to the Customer’s computer in order to monitor use of the service contents and to improve the data security of Customers. Cookies are used to collect information on:

– Operating system (for example, Windows 10)

The information is used to develop our website further in order to improve the service provided to our Customers. Furthermore, the statistical information collected is utilized in monitoring the number of users of the Service. The Customer has the option to prevent the use of cookies by configuring their browser to block cookies. All collected information is stored in a manner that maintains their confidentiality. Neuro Latino Oy aims to prevent and minimize threats concerning unauthorized access, misuse, and possible inaccuracy of data through various technical measures and their continued development. Unfortunately, no technical system is completely secure against misusers of computer systems, and the provision and processing or data always entails risks regardless of the manner of collection and processing of data. Neuro Latino Oy does not collect or process sensitive personal data pertaining to the Customers as referred to in the Personal Data Act. Register customers are included in the customer register of Neuro Latino Oy, which contains information that is used for the administration and maintenance of customer relationships and other similar purposes regarding the Service. Information is not disclosed to third parties.
Contact information provided by the Customer (such as email address and/or telephone number) may be used or disclosed for direct marketing purposes if the customer separately consents to such use.

Ordering without registration
Dance equipment cannot be purchased from the online store of Neuro Latino Oy without registering an account to the service. Any changes regarding this policy will be notified on our website.
2 Ordering
2.1 General information regarding orders
Placing an order consists of three stages: Basket, Delivery information, and Order summary and payment Add products to your basket by clicking the ADD TO BASKETbutton. By clicking on the basket at the top of the page you can review the total price and the number of items in your basket. The price paid by the Customer is always the price they have accepted in the service at the time of purchase. The price to be paid will not change even if the price of the product changes later in the service.
2.2 Basket
Once all of the products you wish to purchase are in the basket, click on CHECKOUT. This will bring you to the first stage of the order process. You can change the number of items in your basket by entering the appropriate number in the quantity field. You can remove a product from the basket by clicking the cross in front of the product name. Save any changes you have made in the basket by clicking the Update basket button. Continue to the next stage of the process by clicking the checkout button.
2.3 Delivery information
Mandatory delivery information includes the customer’s name and address information, email address, and the shipment delivery address. The contact information of a registered customer is completed automatically when the customer has logged in to the system. The order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer. The right of ownership and any intellectual property rights to the material contained in the service belong to Neuro Latino Oy or its partners and the User does not have the right to distribute, publish, communicate to the public, translate, or convert the materials or disclose them to a third party, subject to mandatory legislation. The customer receives access to the products immediately upon payment for the purchased product. The products are not physical items but instead provide access rights to pre-prepared course contents.
Prices of the products in the online store are inclusive of value added tax regardless of the country of destination.
2.4 Order summary and payment
At this point, the customer should verify that the order and delivery information is correct and choose the payment method for the order. Orders can be paid for with a payment card through the Stripe system during the order process.
3 Progress of orders
3 .1 Order confirmation
Once an order has been received, an order confirmation or another message will be sent to the customer via email, after which the customer will have access to the product by logging in to the website.
3.2 Delivery times and fees
Provided delivery times are estimates and Neuro Latino Oy cannot guarantee that the service is available within the specified time in force majeure situations, such as in the event of a technical issue. Delays that are beyond the control of Neuro Latino Oy and unpredictable may occur. We aim to notify the customer without delay of any substantial changes to the delivery times. Neuro Latino Oy is not responsible for indirect costs incurred by the customer due to a delayed delivery. The products are not subject to a delivery fee.
3.3 Delivery lots
If your order includes more than one product, we aim to deliver all products included at the same time.
International deliveries
The products are global, and delivery is free globally.
4 Right of return and complaints
4.1 Right of return
Items purchased from Neuro Latino Oy by consumers and delivered within the EU are subject to a 14-day right of return. The return period begins from the moment the customer receives the order confirmation for the product via email. The consumer must give separate notice of the cancellation of their order to the seller using the cancellation form. When returning a product, email toimisto@neurolatino.fi and attach the order confirmation to your email.
4.2 Complaints
If the delivery does not correspond to the order, the customer must contact toimisto@neurolatino.fi without delay. In their message, the customer should include the order number, which can be found in the order confirmation. Defective products will primarily be replaced by providing a replacement product that is free of defects. If this is not possible, the price paid for the product will be refunded to the customer’s account once the defective product has been returned.
4.3 Cancellation of an order
The customer may cancel their order if the order has not been delivered within the time specified in the online store. The customer must give notice of the cancellation to the customer service of Neuro Latino Oy at toimisto@neurolatino.fi. Neuro Latino Oy has the right to cancel an order in the event of an insurmountable issue concerning the availability of a purchased product. The customer will be notified of the cancellation of their order via email as soon as possible.
4.4 Other considerations
The service contains materials protected by copyright, trademark right, and other intellectual property rights. The Customer shall not, without the express written authorization of the author, rights holder, or Neuro Latino Oy’s partners or an express declaration of a more extensive right of use within the service, have the right to copy or otherwise utilize the materials they have received from the Service for any other purposes than personal use. Neuro Latino Oy does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service. The service is subject to the same limitations as the Internet in general, and thus the service may, for example, be subjected to congestion or its functionality impacted by simultaneous user contacts. Neuro Latino Oy has the right to temporarily shut down the Service or any part of it where necessary. The purpose of this is to ensure that the duration of an interruption is kept to a minimum and that the damage caused by it to the User is minimized. Neuro Latino Oy reserves the right to change its delivery terms without prior notice. Before placing an order, the Customer must review the existing delivery terms on the website of Neuro Latino Oy. Neuro Latino Oy shall not provide compensation for any indirect damage or damage caused by force majeure. Neuro Latino Oy is not responsible for direct or indirect damage resulting from disruptions caused by technical malfunctions, service, or installations, or telecommunication interruptions or the delay, alteration, or loss of information they may cause. Neither Neuro Latino Oy shall provide compensation for any damage caused by matters within the responsibility of the User or a third party, nor shall Neuro Latino Oy be under a liability to compensate regarding the exercise of rights in accordance with these terms and conditions. The maximum liability of Neuro Latino Oy is limited in accordance with the mandatory legislation in Finland. Parties shall be released of their compensation obligations and responsibilities if the breach of or failure to fulfill an obligation is caused by force majeure. Such situations may, for example, include war, rebellion, requisition or seizure due to general need, disruption in the energy supply, labor dispute, fire, thunderstorm or another natural phenomena, cable damage caused by a third party, or some other reason with equivalent impact that is uncommon and beyond the control of the parties and. Neuro Latino Oy is not responsible for any delay caused by a force majeure situation or indirect damage caused by a delayed delivery. Any disputes will primarily be resolved between the customer and Neuro Latino Oy. If the parties cannot reach an agreement, the dispute shall be settled by the District Court of Eastern Uusimaa, or for consumer customers in the district court of the customer’s place of residence.
